Vitamin A, also known as Retinol, is a fat-soluble vitamin that has numerous health benefits including; Immune System support, normal skin, normal vision and normal Iron metabolism.
Vitamin A can be found naturally in many food sources, including: cheese, eggs, oily fish, milk & yoghurt and liver. You can also get vitamin A by including good sources of beta carotene in your diet, as the body can convert this to vitamin A. However, not everyone consumes enough Vitamin A through their diet, therefore taking a food supplement is a great alternative to prevent deficiency. These are available in the forms of capsules, tablets, liquid, spray or gummies.
Vitamin A can also be purchased as a topical retinoid. Creams, ointments and serums are becoming a staple in many people's skincare routine as it is thought to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, as well as improve scarring and skin texture.

Sunflower Seed Oil, Vitamin A Preparation (Retinyl Palmitate, Antioxidant (DL-Alpha Tocopherol)), Natural Orange Flavour.
Directions
For adults, take two (2) drops daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose. If seal is damaged or missing, do not use. Not intended for use by people aged under 18 years. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
