Method of application: Shake well before use and apply generously before sun exposure. Be sure to cover the face, arms and legs. Rub it in, allow to dry, then reapply to ensure adequate coverage and no missed areas. Reapply frequently especially after swimming, perspiring and towelling. Even with this coverage avoid over-exposure to the sun as it is a serious health threat.
