Ancient minerals magnesium bath flakes are dissolved in warm water, our magnesium chloride flakes provide the user with a medicinal bath of cell-restoring highly soluble magnesium chloride.
Soaking in magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function and decrease inflammation.
Ingredients
Genuine zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and other naturally occurring trace minerals). Each bath pouch contains approximately 90g of elemental magnesium.
Directions
Ancient minerals bath flakes offer an economical form for creating a healing magnesium footbath or full tub bath. Temperature of the water should be warm but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm footbath or tub bath, and soak for 30 minutes or longer.
